Support & activities

Community groups & connection

We use a holistic approach to wellness, integrating language and communication in our services. Our community groups bring people together to learn new skills, meet new people and be part of their community.

What we run

Groups and activities

Greenspace & gardening

A recent project with the Family Refugee Project and Brownlow Health provided allotment space for the groups to meet up and garden together, learning new skills, meeting new people and enjoying some much deserved 'me' time.

Community lunch

The community lunch provides not only a hot meal that some people don't have daily, it provides the opportunity for shared experiences, to meet new people and be part of your community.

Volunteering & peer support

Our dedicated team of volunteers from the local communities, with diverse backgrounds and expertise and with shared and lived experiences, provide a listening ear to support you.
